Belgrade, Serbia. At Axel Capital, we look to invest in innovative, high-growth-potential companies,

Even though Axel Capital was founded in 2021, its subsidies have well over 30 years of experience in the gaming industry. Axel’s roots in the gaming and entertainment industry where formed in the 1980s. We currently employ via our subsidiary companies over 500 people.

Casinos Austria International Macedonia
Casinos Austria International Macedonia (CAIM) is a company that has been formed between Casinos
Austria International and us for the purpose of managing the National Video Lottery of Macedonia. CAIM
was formed in 2014 and has a 49% stake in the National Video Lottery of Macedonia (Drzavna Video
Lotarija na Makedonija) where it currently has 4.500 video lottery terminals on the market. With CAIM’s
management, DVLM has revolutionised the Macedonian gaming industry and is an industry leader in
responsible gaming.
Elbet
Elbet was founded in Belgrade, Serbia in 2002 as a technology company specializing in development of
software solutions for the gaming industry. It’s extensive portfolio of virtual games includes number
games, virtual sports and virtual casino games. Elbet currently has well over 100 operators on three
different continents, including 4 state lotteries.
Eleks-M - Winner Serbia
Eleks-M was founded in 1995 as a slot machine operator for the Serbian market. Eleks-M operated under
the name Astra first until it was rebranded as Winner in 2019. Currently, Eleks-M has a total of 11 clubs
of which nine are in Serbia’s capital, Belgrade.
Global Gaming - Winner Macedonia
Global Gaming was founded in 2016 as a slot machine operator for the Macedonian market. Global
Gaming operates through the brand name Winner. With Global Gaming currently has 12 clubs with the flagship located between the border of Greece and North Macedonia. These clubs are spread-out all-over Macedonia.
